What Is WorkingDaysCalc
WorkingDaysCalc is a free set of calculators for counting working days. It excludes weekends and public holidays automatically, based on the country you select.
The five calculators cover the situations people run into most: counting the days between two dates, adding or subtracting days from a date, working out a notice period, and calculating a deadline.
There is no sign-up and no account. Every calculation runs in your browser, and nothing you enter is stored or shared.
Who Is WorkingDaysCalc For
I built these tools for anyone whose work runs on weekday counting. People use them to work out notice periods, project deadlines, invoice due dates, and delivery windows.
Some visitors are HR professionals checking a notice period. Some are freelancers confirming a payment term. Some are trying to figure out their last day at a job. If any of that sounds familiar, these tools are for you.
How It Works
You enter your dates, pick a country, and the calculator does the counting. It skips every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday for the country you selected.
Where the Holiday Data Comes From
Holiday data comes from Nager.Date, a free API that sources public holiday information from government records across more than 100 countries.
Keeping It Accurate
I check each country’s calendar before the new year starts and update it when a government announces a mid-year change. I’m one person running this site. If a holiday looks wrong, tell me and I’ll fix it.
If a country’s public holiday calendar changes mid-year, or a date I’ve listed turns out to be wrong, I’d rather hear about it from someone using the tool than assume nobody’s checking.
What Happens to Your Data
Every calculation happens directly in your browser. I don’t collect the dates you enter, and I don’t track which calculator you use. There’s nothing to sell, so there’s no reason to store it.
